Nathalie Van den Broeck has been active as an Asset & Property Manager in student housing for over 10 years. She started her career there immediately after finishing her Bachelor Legal Practice. She combined this with a course Real Estate Promotor and Social Media Consultant to provide a wide range of knowledge to keep up with a fast changing and high demanding market. She finished her career in this niche market with the listed group Xior, where she was responsible for the Antwerp portfolio.
Nathalie joined Buysse & Partners in December 2022 as an Asset & Property Manager at ‘Smart Living’, where she can continue to use her knowledge of real estate management.
