Guy Mertens became Frank Buysse’s first partner at Buysse & Partners in April 2009. Guy is a trained legal and tax specialist who has acquired extensive experience in acquisition finance and capital markets in Brussels, London and Hong Kong.

After a period as a treasury and credit control manager, Guy worked as an operations manager at an international logistics firm. Guy is a director of Global Port Training and Bio Pharma Logistics Group.

Guy Mertens is in charge of Buysse & Partners Smart Assets, the Real Estate Investments department of Buysse & Partners.
