At the most unlikely time – when the world was hurtling towards a financial lowpoint in 2008 – Frank set up Buysse& Partners. Frank holds a Master of Law Degree, an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Leuven, and has  extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, asset management and private equity gained at various financial institutions in San Francisco, New York and Brussels. 

Today Frank is chairman of the Board of Directors at Copus Group, Esas and Serax, member of the Board of directors at Blommaert, managing director at Unibreda Holding (Vanbreda Risk&Benefits) and a member of the Advisory Board of Bank Degroof – Petercam (Antwerp).
