Dimitri Herbosch is an attorney with more than 20 years of professional experience. His practice focused on a wide variety of cross-border corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and corporate restructuring as well as general corporate and international commercial advice. He also acted as an independent in-house legal counsel for several listed multinational companies.

After obtaining his law degree and pursuing master degrees in Business Law and Corporate Law, he obtained in 2004 an LL.M. degree at Duke University School of Law where he also had the opportunity to enroll in Fuqua MBA classes.

Dimitri joined Buysse & Partners as a partner in 2012 in view of focusing on the international expansion. He is the Partner in charge of  the Latin America-department of Buysse & Partners.
