Tim joined Buysse & Partners in 2024 as Portfolio Director. In his role, he closely follows up on Buysse & Partners' portfolio companies, providing both strategic and operational support.

Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, based in both Toronto and Sydney. Tim also held roles as Director of Strategic Analysis at Ecobee (a Generac company) and Corporate Strategy Manager at TES-H2.

He holds a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven and a master’s degree in Finance & Private Equity from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
