Guy Mertens became Frank Buysse's first partner at Buysse & Partners in April 2009.
He is responsible for the real estate investment strategies and is a member of the private equity investment committee of the firm.

As a trained legal and tax specialist, having worked in Brussels, London, and Hong Kong , Guy has extensive experience in acquisition, finance and capital markets.

He holds a Master of Law degree from Ghent University and a Master in Real Estate from KU Leuven.
