Frank Buysse is the founder and Managing Partner of Buysse & Partners . Since its inception in 2008, he has led the firm with a focus on investment strategies and growth across various sectors.

Before launching Buysse & Partners, Frank built extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, asset management, and private equity, holding key roles at financial institutions in New York and Brussels.

In addition to his role as Managing Partner at Buysse & Partners, Frank serves as chairman or as a member of the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies. He is also the managing director of Unibreda NV (Vanbreda Risk & Benefits).

Frank holds a Master of Law degree from Ghent University, attended executive business programs at UC Berkeley, and holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School.
