Construct Materials Group (CMG) strengthens its position with the acquisition of Pauli Beton.

CMG has completed the acquisition of Pauli Beton, a Limburg-based, family-owned company that has been producing precast concrete floor elements since 1951 and is an established specialist in both reinforced and prestressed floor slabs.

This acquisition is strategically important for CMG. Thanks to the integration of Pauli Beton, CMG now has in-house production capacity for all precast concrete floor solutions, and becomes the leading producer of reinforced floor slabs in the eastern part of Belgium. The acquisition also provides strong advantages for the future: CMG can further strengthen existing customer relationships and create new growth opportunities in both residential and commercial applications.

The family shareholders and the management of Pauli Beton will remain on board during the transition period to ensure a smooth integration.
