Buysse & Partners Smart Living has acquired 60 units in the Rivus project, developed by Straco Real Estate.

This sustainable residential project is located near the Rivierenhof and within close proximity to Antwerp city center. The construction of Rivus is scheduled to begin in early 2026.

With a strong focus on modern living comfort, accessibility, and sustainability, Rivus aligns perfectly with our Smart Living philosophy. This acquisition is the largest to date for our fund and strengthens our position in the residential market of Belgium's city centers even further.
