Buysse & Partners expands building materials division.

Construct Materials Group (CMG) has announced the acquisition of the family-owned company Daerden, based in Limburg and specialising in precast concrete floor elements.

With this strategic acquisition, CMG strengthens its position in the construction sector. The acquisition is expected to result in a significant increase in turnover and EBITDA, which are estimated to increase to EUR 24 million and EUR 5 million respectively.

Patrick Vos, general manager at Daerden, will continue to inspire the company within the CMG organization. This collaboration offers opportunities for growth and innovation in the production of building materials.
