Noël Paesen joined Buysse & Partners in 2023 as Sustainability Manager, where he drives the firm’s sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Prior to joining Buysse & Partners, Noël had an extensive career in strategy and innovation. He served as head of Information at McKinsey, and led Corporate Strategy and Venture activities at Bekaert. He was active in scouting for low-emission production options and played a key role in developing sustainability strategies at Gosselin Group.

Noël is a member of the Board of Advisors at CDM Stravitec.

He holds a master’s degree in Economic History from KU Leuven and a master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Antwerp. Noël has also completed Master Classes in Sustainable Strategy at IMD Lausanne and Digital Transformation at Antwerp Management School.¨
