Dimitri Herbosch joined Buysse & Partners as a partner in 2012, focusing on the firm’s international expansion in Latin America. Currently, he is responsible for the Investor Relations strategy of the company.

Before joining Buysse & Partners, Dimitri worked as a lawyer and built a robust background in cross-border corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A, corporate restructuring, and international commercial law. Throughout his career, he also served as an independent in-house legal counsel for several listed multinational companies.

Dimitri holds a Law degree, as well as master’s degrees in Business Law and Corporate Law from the  University of Antwerp. In 2004, he earned an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, where he also had the opportunity to take MBA courses at the Fuqua School of Business.
